Unit 2: When Math Imitates Life (Modeling with Functions and Expressions)

The Big Picture: In this unit, students explore linear, quadratic, and exponential functions and their graphs. They reason abstractly and quantitatively to interpret the graphs and solve problems. Additionally, students extend their understanding of algebraic expressions to model real-life situations and to generate equivalent expressions.
